SRQ MEDIA is seeking to expand our sales team with an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive who is an enthusiastic, tenacious, relationship-builder with a strong work ethic and a commitment to attaining goals. This position reports to SRQ MEDIA's Executive Publisher Wes Roberts and has responsibility for developing and growing new advertising and marketing opportunities with local businesses interested in engaging influential audiences through our award-winning platform of digital, online, print and engagement assets.

Location: Sarasota, Florida
Type: Full-time, Base Salary plus commission
Experience: Advanced Entry/Intermediate Level; prior advertising sales experience, recommended.

Required and Desired Qualifications: Excellent relationship-building experience; effective verbal, written and in-person skills; demonstrated experience working in sales, business development and/or marketing team environment; agility for creative solutions; passion for growing client businesses; ability to work seamlessly in Microsoft Office software; and existing professional network in Sarasota and/or Bradenton. Outside sales experience, preferably with advertising media sales, is required.
